I would like to recognize Leslie S. for her outstanding service. Prior to the expiration of my warranty, I had a home inspection done on my house. They found several issues. I sent the inspection report to Leslie and she promptly arranged for all items to be done. Usually, whenever I seek customer service, I feel like I need to brace myself for an argument with the vendor over whether an item is covered or not. In this case, it was very refreshing to have someone just simply get right to work on the issues and get them resolved without any hassle.

Leslie is friendly, easy to work with, and spots things that we didn't spot.
