From day one, Nadia was absolutely amazing—she was always on top of everything, incredibly responsive, and ready to answer any questions we had along the way. Her deep knowledge of the home buying process and her genuine, friendly demeanor made us feel confident and supported every step of the way. Our experience with Josh was just as seamless. He made what could have been a stressful process feel simple and easy. Every concern we brought up was addressed immediately and thoroughly. His attention to detail, timely follow-ups, and professionalism gave us peace of mind and reassurance throughout the journey. We’re truly grateful for both Nadia and Josh. I was disappointed when Audra was moved from Jordan Ranch to another community in the middle of my build. However, she never once pulled away from my communication and went above and beyond to keep in touch with me from start to finish. Her customer service was above and beyond. She was the glue for this purchase.

Miserable!!!! No one at Beazer communicates, or has the decency to return calls or emails. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. In fact, it will be my personal goal to tell anyone who will listen to stay away from this company. The misleading statements and outright lies were more than I could handle.

I would like to recognize Audra. She is wonderful, always keeps in touch with me, and conducts everything with success. Rich, the builder, is really nice as well. I do not speak English well, but whenever I did not get something, he would repeat and explain how I could do everything in my home, such as the dishwasher, toilet, and everything. They do a great job.

One of the worst experiences with a company / homebuilder I have ever had! False promises, misleading information, missed deadlines to name just a few. Sales counselor Audra F. and area manager Van N. leave much to be desired. Duet seemed like a great concept until it was decided (mid build) that maintenance fees now only cover yard work. Glorified lawn service. Not what was promised at all! Cancelled contract and of course Beazer decided to deny my request for earnest money return! What a joke!
