This is my second Gatherings purchase in 4 1/2 years. I am highly satisfied with the Beazer experience. Thank you to everyone for maintaining quality and safety for 55 and older buyers.

Suzy was wonderful and knowledgeable. We enjoyed our tour and she answered all of our questions.

Rachel even followed up before our one year timeframe had expired to be sure nothing was left unfinished.

Rachel has been very responsive and understanding to the few needs we have had over the first year of ownership.

Rachel has always been wonderful. If I had a problem, I would reach out to her, and she would get back to me within a day or two.

Rachel was always on time, always came, and was always present with subcontractors around for the warranty repairs. She made sure everything was completed as it should be. She is an excellent employee. I would give her five stars.

I am very pleased with the whole experience. Diane always picked up the phone when she saw my name on the face of the phone, and she called me by name. It was endearing, and I felt like they really cared.

We are very happy living at the Gatherings in Allen.

We love our neighbors, our community and our home. We'd love it even more if the roof leaks ever get repaired (going on 2 years)

As a resident here, I can say that Beazer will never sell any of the remaining homes in Bldgs A or B until they get their act together and fix their many issues plaguing the current residents. I know people who are looking here and walking away.

Wendy W in the sales office has been a joy to work with, answering all my questions and making sure my closing day went smoothly. Ashley and Jackson accompanied me for my walkthrough and thoroughly went over everything I needed to know. Since then they have both been very attentive in taking care of my concerns.

Good (but not great) construction. Great floorplans. Great neighbors. BUT … amenities are not scaled to the final/built out population ( gym, Social Center, courts/game rooms, etc.). And THEY REFUSE to do & pay for needed adjustments to the package. They won’t even install a security system . We’re only 60% built out now. So if amenities & socialization are important to you ….BEWARE. They never posted my similar review/critique several months ago. What does that tell you about their them ?
